Pet Policy

We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends to our charming 3-bedroom Airbnb in Counce, TN! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the pristine condition of our wooded retreat, please adhere to the following pet policy:

• Pet Allowance: We allow up to two well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs each) with prior approval. Cats or other pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before booking.

• Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning. This must be paid at booking.

• Rules for Pets:
  • Pets must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and flea/tick-treated.
  • Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches. Please bring pet bedding or crates.
  • Keep pets leashed when outside to respect the wildlife (deer frequent our 1-acre lot!) and neighbors.
  • Clean up after your pet immediately in the yard, deck, or screened porch areas. Waste bags are provided.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated, to prevent damage or disturbance.
    
• Guest Responsibilities:
  • Report any pet-related damage promptly. Guests are liable for repair costs beyond the pet fee.
  • Excessive pet hair or mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.
    
• Restricted Areas: To preserve the natural beauty of our wooded lot, please keep pets on the designated yard and deck areas, avoiding deeper wooded sections to protect local wildlife.
  
• Local Pet-Friendly Perks: Enjoy nearby Pickwick Landing State Park trails for leashed walks or visit dog-friendly spots like Freddy T’s Beach Club by the lake.

We love pets and want your stay to be pawsitively perfect! Please message us with your pet’s breed, size, and temperament when booking to confirm approval. Failure to disclose pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
