If you're coming to Pickwick to fish or hunt, this is a three-bedroom house on a wooded acre in Counce. It sleeps 8, so there's room for a couple of tournament teams or a group of buddies and their gear.
You can keep the boat with you. There's room in the driveway for your truck and trailer, so the boat doesn't have to sit at a marina overnight. There's also an outside outlet by the driveway. The TWRA ramp is about 7 minutes away and Safe Harbor Aqua Yacht is about 8.
There's a washer and dryer for wet clothes and muddy gear, and a full kitchen if you'd rather cook than go out. You can also have parts or tackle shipped to the house before you get here.
Dogs are welcome. There's a pet fee and a few rules, and they're on the pet policy page.
If you have an early launch, ask about check-in and I'll do what I can.
Pickwick hosts some big bass tournaments, including the 2026 Toyota Series Championship out of Pickwick Landing State Park, and the house is a short drive from the park. If you're hunting, check TWRA for this year's season dates and rules.
